Vegas was 115 last weekend. Okay, I am sure you are thinking it - it is just dry heat. Dry heat smeat. 115 is hot and unbearable. However, I am used to most anything up to 105. 103 in Seattle though, I doubt you thought about running in that. Or, did you?

Of course I ran in that.:-) a trail run Tuesday evening and the temps were in the upper 90's. yeah, it was hot.
I'm originally from southern ca and was used to hotter weather although I wasn't a runner then. It was easier to cope with when your house has a/c.
